Today we completed an almost 12 month long journey of trying to purchase that feel-rite home here on the eastern shore of Virginia. With the skillful assistance of Michael Baril we completed that journey today 8/11/25. We left our dream home that we built with our own hands, from lot clearing to final Lanscape, it was my wife & I. Being a builder I wasn’t so interested in that challenge again so we hoped to purchase a home where someone else enjoyed that process.
