“Our BMW 335i ( that our son drives ) was experiencing drivetrain alert issues, unsure of the problem we had our son take it to CASEY BMW in Newport News, Va. ( our son lives in Smithfield, Va.) after having it there a week :-( they came up with a ridiculous estimate for the repair $4,900. ( spark plugs, coolant hose, oil gasket, Belt tensioner )After pulling ourselves off the floor. We told them ( CASEY) do not touch anything. We called Jerry @ IAS and he told us to bring it in, now granted we had to get it towed from Smithfield to Deep Creek, but it was well worth it. Jerry got right on it and fixed all of the issues and had it repairable in 4 days, and the cost $1,400 :-) We will be forever grateful to Jerry for getting our Bimmer fixed for our son. He is Honest, Great knowledge of foreign vehicles, & Fast Service. We just can't say enough, he is the BEST. We will always come back to Jerry @ IAS for our repair needs. If we could give 10 Stars we would !.“
