I had some pants altered and they were done incorrectly and I needed them for a work trip the next day out of town. The owner met me at the store and had the seamstress redo it immediately so I could have them for my trip. Excellent customer service and standing behind there work!
Mrs. Chung is a treasure as their highly skilled alteration lady. We have a great relationship with her understanding my requests and never disappoints.
My clothes are always returned beautifully pressed and cleaned.
Disappointing tailoring experience. While they provided me a very affordable quote and quick turn around (2 weeks) upon pickup the dress had new stains and felt very tight. Kind people, but I probably won’t return for tailoring services.
