ZIPS is always amazing and right on point! Every time I walk in, I’m greeted with a warm smile and a hello. No one ever seems cranky, and the team always goes above and beyond to help and make accommodations whenever they can.
I highly recommend ZIPS if you’re looking for fast, convenient, same-day dry cleaning. Sometimes you can drop your items off and have them back by 4 or 5 PM, but on a regular basis, mine are ready by 3 PM the very same day!
You really can’t beat that kind of service and turnaround, especially at such an affordable price.
Thank you, ZIPS! Keep up the great work and the amazing customer service!

Im a returning customer. I stopped using Zips around 2019 because the clerk at that time was impolite. The cleaners I used for the last six years closed so I thought I would try Zips again. I was pleasantly surprised! I was immediately greeted by the store staff upon entering. After pulling up my account at the counter the clerk asked if I had any special requests. He explained the difference in price based on my request. When picking up my laundry, there was one person ahead of me at the counter as I waited. A clerk stopped what she was doing, opened a register and checked me out. I was pleased with this visit and plan to return.

Such an easy experience! I needed my white coat dry cleaned and found ZIPS nearby with great reviews, so I decided to give them a try. They were quick, affordable, and made the whole process super simple. I’m a student so that helps a lot! Also, they open at 7am during the week so I can pop by before work to pick up. I also LOVE that they send you an email as soon as your items are ready for pickup; such a convenient touch! My coat came out great, and I’ll definitely be back.
