From the moment I started working with the company; Tracy, the owner called personally to welcome us and explain a little about her company. Jannie, our nursing supervisor; spent almost 2 hours at our home assessing my fathers needs and creating a care plan that is catered to him specifically. The efforts made to provide coverage for his allotted hours by Sydney and Patrice were excellent. They communicated with me every single day the status until they were able to get a primary caregiver.
I cannot say enough about Arizona and her professionalism and demeanor. She always has the brightest smile and assists Dad with everything he needs. He just loves her and importantly; trusts her.
If you are looking for a company to provide exceptional care not only from the care provider but also the administration/office staff you would be doing yourself a disservice to not hire Home Helpers.”
