The receptionist, Brenda, is particularly praised for her professionalism, friendliness, and efficiency in managing appointments and billing. Anita, a hygienist, is also highlighted for her excellent care and treatment. The quality of service and the warm atmosphere of the practice have left a positive impression on patients and their families.
Great experience at Heavenly Hands Family Dentistry! The customer service was outstanding from the front desk to the dental team. AJ, the dental hygienist, was very gentle, thorough, and did an excellent job cleaning my teeth. The office was clean, calming, and I was even called back before my appointment time. Highly recommend!
I am so grateful to Heavenly hands for giving me my smile back... the whole team is so very sweet and professional. Starting from the front desk receptionist Vanessa , Dentist ,hygienist, dental assistants everyone always me feel comfortable throughout my treatment. Which is a huge deal to me because I have anxiety when it comes to dental appointments in the pass.

Thank GOD for Dr.Epps and her AMAZING Staff! I was a new patient who had an emergency situation with a cracked filling along with a cracked tooth and Dr.Epps SAVED THE DAY! She is very knowledgeable, welcoming and professional! There is a reason she is “Booked & Busy” with a Longggg waitlist, she’s AWESOME and HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
