I needed some roof repairs and contacted Cross Timbers Roofing. Mr. Stacy Bolton, the office manager listened to my concerns and set up a time for the inspection. The roofers came out, a gentleman named Carl and another young man. They were very thorough in their inspection and shared their assessment with me. Mr. Bolton gave me an estimate of the cost of the repairs and a full replacement. He fully explained about the repairs versus doing a full replacement. I called them mainly for a second opinion after another contractor gave me a very high estimate. Their inspection felt more grounded and less sales-driven. They pointed out that only part of the roof actually needed replacement while the rest could last several more years with maintenance. That saved me a lot of money. The repair work was done carefully and didn’t disturb surrounding areas. It’s rare to find someone who doesn’t push unnecessary upgrades, and that honesty stood out more than anything else in the whole experience.
