Bradley Mechanical just came to service the generator they installed a year ago. The technicians were on time, explained everything that was included in the service visit, and left without making a mess. Two thumbs up!
6/5/26: Received a lovely call from Bradley - definitely took ownership of the problem and took steps to correct. Technicians now taking before and after pictures of serviced systems. As a retired Quality Engineer myself - this was the correct process to enact.
2026 EDIT: When I had my standby generator serviced by a different company, they discovered the previous technician (from Bradley Mechanical) had neglected to put the oil cap back on - so every time the generator self checked (every week for a year) it spewed oil into the housing. I called Bradly and was promised a callback. Never got one. No apology, no refund for bad service, nothing.

This was my first time using Bradley Mechanical and I am so very impressed with the service I received. I had an emergency, no hot water. My initial call was answered by Bri Tilkey and she was very understanding of my issue, so polite and helpful and assured me someone would be out to help me as soon as possible. Very quickly I started getting messages to let me know they were on the way. Matthew Teachey arrived and immediately put shoe covers on before entering my home, I greatly appreciated that!
