Loved the knotless braids , very professional interms of time and responding to messages.

I will never ever go back here. I have text message that shows the style o asked for and the price. I get there and I’m told it will be $50 more than what was originally stated in the text. Then I get jumbo braids that look nothing like the style I requested. My braids are messy and poo quality. When I confronted the owner and asked if this is what she stands by with her work she was basically speechless. I’m not sure how this place is still in service. I’m starting here but also seeing what other options I have like reporting to the better business bureau . This is unacceptable . I paid $300 and was quoted in text $250. I just got these done today. I will be taking them out immediately. How embarrassing. Not to mention they did not even start on time. Do not waste your money and go here.

I drive over an hour to get my hair done by Bebe, and it's totally worth it. Her salon is beautiful, clean, professional, quick, and most importantly, painless. 10/10 place for braids or natural styles.

Been going to Bambas for 20+ years and have never done me wrong. I've Gotten boho braids to Senegalese twists to box braids and Never had an issue. Any style I've gotten have lasted a very long time. Always paid close attention to detail, making sure each braid was neat, even, and exactly how I wanted it. I am always happy with how my braids turned out—they look amazing and always hold up really well. I always receive several compliments & ask where I get my hair done all the time.

Love my hair, they did an amazing job!! The store is clean, smells nice, and the decorations are elegant and charming.

Terrible service and unbelievably disrespectful employees. I came in for two simple braids, and she did them completely wrong — she didn’t use gel until AFTER finishing, which made my hair puffy, frizzy, and the braids extremely bulky and sloppy. It looked nothing like the picture I showed. When I nicely told her I did not like how my hair looked, instead of trying to fix her mistake, she immediately took my braids out and talked to me with a nasty, disrespectful attitude. On top of that, I left my bag there by accident, and when my mother went to pick it up, they were just as rude and unprofessional to her. This place is downright terrible. I absolutely do NOT recommend coming here.

Love this place and I love these braids. It only takes them 3-4 hours. You can style them so many ways. . I keep them for 2 -3 months.
