Ms Savannah was yelling at me for no reason when I dropped my clothes off I was hoping to see her for pick up day to see if she's still have that attitude or she was having a bad day but she's was there a skinny young lady who was there for my pick up and she was so sweet and kind thank you.

I'm new to Virginia. I brought in 3 garments to be cleaned at 5812 Poplar Hall Dr location in Norfolk. I was expecting same day service as advertised, if brought in before 9am. I was told next day by 5pm. I was obviously disappointed. Hlowever I received a text at 3pm same day that the uniform was ready. It was to military standards pressed and creased. I found my dry cleaners! The staff although, busy at drop off and pickup were respectful, calm and efficient. We just need to be consistent on the timing expectation.

I dropped off my garments and had khaki and jeans and which I told them no crease. When I picked them up, I noticed the crease I made mention of it Clerk he immediately went left and with very nasty attitude. He thru them to me with out putting them on the hanger. They fell on the floor he says you reached for them but sir you didn’t put them back on hanger. It is sad , you work hard to determine clean clothes for work or eat, and business treat you like that. My heart goes out to the young man it could have been someone who would have retaliated differently.
