I am a frequent patron of Zips Cleaners and have always been pleased with my clothing.Recently I arrived for my items at 7 am, the opening time indicated on the website. I sat outside waiting for someone to open the store, when Linwood appeared from an employee-only door. He pleasantly informed me of the correct opening time and went on to apologize for the inconvenience. He also assured me that he would remind those who maintain the website of the change needed.Thank you Linwood, for your kindness and professionalism.

When Zips lost several of my name brand shirts I was very anger and stopped using their service. After a few years I thought let’s give them a second chance. And I am paying the price for being forgiving. THEY LOST MORE of my clothes!!! I was told I would be reimbursed but after 5 weeks NOTHING!!! I will go back there for the7th time trying to resolve this issue. Outcome to follow!!!Services: Laundry pick-up

Decent job if you don't have any stains on your clothes. If you have a stain, always check to see if it has been removed. It's not that their cleaning technology can't remove it. It seems that they don't care about pleasing the customer the first time. They do a lot of 'redos' because they don't.Service: Dry cleaning
