ZIPS Cleaners

Zips Cleaners is a dry cleaning business located in Norfolk, Virginia, known for delivering great results at fair prices, with next-day service as the standard. They have been serving the Hampton Roads area for many years and are recognized for their affordable pricing, often considered the best in the region. The staff is generally pleasant and provides friendly customer service that is professional. Customers appreciate the awesome cleaning results and often express satisfaction with the pricing, which is hard to beat.

However, experiences can vary. Some customers have reported issues with staff attitudes during drop-off and pickup, while others have praised the kindness of certain team members. There are also mixed reviews on service timing; while the business advertises same-day service for items dropped off before 9 am, there have been instances of next-day pickups instead. Despite these inconsistencies, many customers still commend the efficiency and respect shown by the staff.
