AJ BANKS IS AWESOME. ALMOST TWO MOTHS AGO I STARTED MY LOC JOURNEY WITH HER. AJ THOROUGHLY EXPLAINED THE PROCESS. SHE ALSO TOLD ME WHAT TO EXPECT DURING EACH PHASE. SHE PATIENTLY LISTENS AND ANSWERS ANY AND ALL QUESTIONS I HAVE. YOU DON'T FIND TOO MANY WHO GENUINELY CARE ABOUT THEIR CLIENTS.

Great place to have your hair cared for. Yhatta the stylist (shop manager) is awesome. She works with all hair types, extremely professional and knowledgeable about hair care. She's a very punctual person and stickler for time. No need to worry about being stuck in the salon waiting. If you need someone that will put the very best care for your hair. Call her and make an appointment.

I cannot say enough good things about this place. I walked in at 6pm and spoke to Yhatta. She said she was with a client and couldn't see me until tomorrow. I made her aware I was not from here and we were truck drivers and I was in desperate need of help. She told me to come back in an hour and a half so that would be 8pm. (They were closed at this time) Yhatta took me in and started on my hair. She did an unbelievably amazing job on my hair. I am beyond satisfied. I cannot thank her enough. I will recommend this place to everyone. I will also see her every time I come to VA. Thank you Yhatta I can never repay you for your hospitality.
