I lost my grandmother on 7/9/20 & my grandfathers in 2015 & 2017. They are all buried out here. I haven't had any experience with dealing with their staff. I simply was there for the burials. The cemetery looked very well kept. The staff on the grounds were friendly. I watched them put my granny in the ground when they thought all of my family had left. I've never stayed at a cemetery long enough to witness that. They seemed to take great care in burying her. I don't know know about their pricing or sales practices. Looking at the other reviews, I'm a bit concerned there. If I ever needed their services in the future for a family member, I may consider them.
My brother passed away at the beginning of October. During my family's darkest days, Woodlawn was here for us all. The team here is no less than amazing. No matter how many questions or what we requested was too big, too small, or ever seemed troubling. The teamwork and professionalism here is IMPECCABLE AND OUTSTANDING! Kimberly, Laura, and her entire staff are professional and amazing individuals who truly care about you and they put their all into our family to ensure the services ran smoothly and honorably. No matter what hour of the day or night they were there for us. Robb, Maria and Carter were phenomenal in helping us find my brother's final resting place at Woodlawn Gardens Cemetery . Every and any question always had a solutions no matter how many steps they went through behind the scenes to make it happen. Who would have ever thought a funeral home could be so comforting. This is the hardest thing my family and I will ever go through and the amazing team at Woodlawn Funeral Home and Woodlawn Gardens Cemetery made a true and everlasting impact on us during those dark days. There isn't enough time or words to praise these amazing individuals. Thank you so much Woodlawn for being our rose that grew from concrete.
