I want to shine a light on A'nisha and Tra'nisha I came in today because I forgot a bag last night in the dryer. I called and was told they had a lost and found the lost and found was nice and organized and my bag was tied and neatly.
More than my clothes being here which I'm very thankful for. I'm blessed for people who actually take time to put detail the way these two women clean and constantly care for this Wash House. it is almost as if it is their own home. You can tell people of this nature are not only just during a job they are working for God.
These are the kind of people companies should give the biggest thank yous to.
THANK YOU

When I moved from NY to VA. I said to myself I hope it’s a nearby laundromat that’s clean, not crowded and good machines. This laundromat is the best in the world coming from NY. The worker that loves big gup from 7/11. she is the best employee that I have ever came in contact with. She washes the hell out of the machine. When I make a mess I always ask for a cloth so I can clean behind myself. Here comes Big gup she replied I will take care of it bc I’m making my rounds. I smile 😃. oh!! I forgot to mention the bathroom 🚽 is super clean it’s nothing like walking 🚶 into a clean restroom. Have a nice day to whom ever reads this review.

I have been using this location’s services for years. Great service, clean never seen a roach thank God. I never came @7am. Usually there afternoon/ evening. Employees r awesome. One lady would cuss n fuss about the people n the job but she’s gone that was yrs ago. Another African woman since Covid time was always loud on her phone n rude but the last time I saw her she was quiet. I love this place only thing now is the washer/ dryer usage is way overpriced. To the attendants’ defense they work hard n r very courteous but people come in 30 minutes before closing with baskets of laundry and turning up already cleaned trash cans disrespecting the attendant n policies.… read full review
