Super grateful that tidewater was able to come out same day when my A/C stopped working. Everywhere else I called couldn't come out until next week. They diagnosed the problem quickly, had parts on hand and were able to repair my old unit and get things back up and running. they were professional and reasonably priced. I spent much less than anticipated today and at no point did they try to pressure me into a new unit. We will definitely be using them again!

Bill solved our issue in the simplest and quickest way possible. He was very responsive and clearly put the customer first. Bottom line, he sets a high bar for solving your exact issue (in our case, with our AC air handler) and not trying to charge a fortune (great value). A++ and thank you!

Had Bill and Moris come out to fix my A/C problem of no cooling action. The service was very professional, prompt, and fast. They carefully checked the unit for other issues and found another problem of low freon. They showed me the gauges and explained their readings before and after putting freon.This was especially appreciated since the refrigerant is considerable addition to the total cost. While being very efficient in their work, they didn't rush and answered a couple of my general A/C question and mentioned what to watch out for as freon leaks.The price was very reasonable and for such a professional service I was happy to pay.
