The only reason for four stars was the final “glasses sales lady”. She was trying to sell me $400 glasses and I told her I just needed the script to purchase them online. She lost the “friendliness” immediately after and was very dismissive. After that, even if I HAD chosen to purchase, I definitely would never go back to purchase from her.
My wife and I went in for our end of the year - use up the benefits - eye exams and enjoyed the experience. Dr. Dragon was very pleasant, helpful, and unhurried. He took his time during the exam to make sure we were seeing things as clearly as possible. The only drawback, albeit some may not consider it a drawback, was the more budget friendly frames were scant, while the higher end options were plentiful.
My experince during my recent eye check up appointment was excellent. After completing a very thorough eyes examination which revealed the need for cataract surgery their staff called and made an appointment for me with the eye surgeon.I would strongly recommend the Drs and staff at Southern Eye Care to family, friends, and the area community for eye examinations!
