Sewells Point Physical Therapy

If you've ever been a medical patient, you know how long it can take for someone to look at you for a medical concern. Luckily for me, I am a Naval Sailor getting seen by doctors at Sewells who are not efficient, effective or who don't care at all. My main doctor, Dr. Suber, is never available and keeps canceling my appointments because they are never there or they are more busy than ever. So I've had several rescheduled appointments that continue to be canceled because of their non-availability (please see photo of the fifth cancellation) and the next available appointment is not until October 2023... so thank you Sewell Point Clinic for taking care of medical needs.

These reviews let me know the awful service hasn't changed in 30 years. I can remember them treating my dislocated shoulder by tying a bandage around my wrist and attaching it to my neck. It wasn't even the real ace bandage it was like gauze. I ended up having to get surgery but apparently gauze was all I needed. SMDH. Do better Navy. Your sailors deserve so much better!!!!!

I had an appointment at 850 and apparently received a call at 0845 with a voicemail saying I had to reschedule the appointment. I would have thought that they tried to call again at 0850. I tried calling the clinic but the only # online that I could find just kept ringing. I have been to the audiology department and had my blood drawn at Sewell's Point. They were excellent and is the reason why I'm not giving one star.
