I have an old slate roof on my over 100 year old house which has been in my family since the mid 1960s. I had a large well known slate roofing company over the years repair this old slate roof but it always kept leaking. This companies would fly drones over the roof and then explain based on the drone coverage that I had broken slate that needed to be replaced. I eventually asked for a water test to accurately identify leaks before getting another “repair” but according to the company that advertised that they did water test for this exact reason inform me that a water test would not benefit me. When I was having some issues with my roof a friend referred me to Roof Artistry. I called and spoke with Paul and I made an appointment for him to come to my house. He came on time and inspected my roof looking at the things I was concerned about, which included my trim. He took pictures of issues on the roof and then told me some of his concerns with some areas. I love that they gave me several estimates. I could do as little or as much as I wanted. With the price to do the whole roof being so reasonable I went with that. The crew came right on time and knocked it out in 1 day.
