Called about having Pyramid check for possible roof leak. Couple for days later Pyramid sent out a technician, Max, to check my roof. It was a Friday afternoon, Max checked my roof - no leaks but squirrels has gnawed my pipe collars on the roof. Max sent back to the office and got new pipe collars and put be on that afternoon. Great job.

Had Carlos Cintora come out to house to give me an estimate for repairing my roof which was leaking. He was a complete professional, very friendly, and quite knowledgeable. After looking at the roof, he explained what was wrong, and where it was leaking from, and how they would go about fixing it. He then went on to give me a quote that was very affordable, which I didnt hesitate to accept. During the whole process he made me feel comfortable, and assured that my problem would be taken care of swiftly. I was very satisfied with the way he handled himself, and I would recommend him to any family, or friends who need any type of roof replacement, or repair.
