Every time I call, they respond within a few hours and resolve the issue. On the most recent call, Katrina became available earlier than expected and called to ask if she could come sooner, which was greatly appreciated. She quickly identified the cause of the problem, explained the fix and the cost, and got straight to work installing a new kitchen faucet. The job was finished in a couple of hours with no fuss or mess. Katrina was efficient and professional.
