Outstanding customer service from the first phone call to the manager of Norfolk shop, to the finished product.
We needed a piece of granite to be cut-to-size and polished for a small fireplace hearth, and another smaller piece for a separate surface, which we were to install ourselves. This sweet, soft spoken lady took us out to the remnant yard, waited for us to have a look at *everything* (two or three times over) and then helped us choose when she saw the opportunity to make a suggestion-which she was exactly right!

After trying to deal with another company that wasn't responding to our calls, we called MGL Granite. They were wonderful to work with and made our granite hearth quickly, and at less than 1/2 the cost we had been quoted elsewhere. Excellent company!

Everything about this place was great. The folks here were very knowledgeable and helpful. They moved several stones around that stone yard for me when I couldn't make up my mind, and they did it all very willingly, even knowing that I was only going to purchase a small vanity counter top. They were kind inside the store and at my home as well when they came to measure. Their price on Fantasy Brown was a bit less that what I had been quoted from other yards. I will certainly use them again when I am ready for my kitchen makeover.
