This gym has everything needed for a good workout. Powerlifting items and even an SSB. Clean facility. A lot of commands use this for PT but other than that, not too busy. The physical therapists on the other end are great as well

I usually go there for physical therapy sessions. The staff are super professional and treat every single person with dignity . They are very down to hearth and try to crack jokes with us to lighten our days .

McCormick is one of 3 gyms on base, and from my experiences here, it's pretty good overall. I like the layout of the place. The machines and stations are well spaced and well maintained. There's 2 decent racquetball courts in an adjacent building just steps away. Parking is usually pretty easy here, as this gym is the least visited amongst the 3 gyms on base.
