I was running late to do my taxes and the preparer who was assigned to do my taxes was 3 costumers behind so another preparer was available so she helped us file with no questions asked.
Jin Teh was exceptionally helpful with my tax return and very knowledgeable. He made sure everything was perfect and got us the most money back yet! Highly recommended, look no further the tax PROFESSIONALS are at Jackson Hewitt. Thanks again Jin!
Ms. McPherson was awesome. She was thorough and walked me through the entire process. She made sure that I understood everything and provided copies and made herself available to answer any questions.She worked in a timely manner. Getting me out in enough time to get to my second job.Overall I am pleased and will be returning next year.
