From the beaches of Bali to the mountains of Switzerland, I have sought out the finest massages the globe has to offer. And yet, there I found myself, underestimating the modest facade of *Happy Day Salon*, only to be met with an experience so sublime it rendered even the grandest of spa palaces forgettable.

It was ok. I loved the table shower, but service was mah at best. Massage was too soft even after asking for harder. The lady kept leaving and texting and felt they shorted me time.

I am the mother of two teenage young ladies to whom I gifted each a Groupon to your Spa for Christmas. One is a college student who will be returning to campus soon. They showed up at their appointment slot today to redeem the Groupns. I was highly irritated when they returned home and told me how they were inappropriately treated upon arrival when attempting to use the Groupons. One employee even tried to get them to pay again on site for the services prepaid via Groupon. Please educate your staff on what Groupons are and how to professionally treat ALL customers presenting them. Additionally, it comes off as demeaning to pressure customers to pay a tip by letting them know up front "we work for tips" especially following the Groupon situation. Tips are optional and rendered by choice in appreciation and/or acknowledgement for good service(s). Although my teens liked the manicure and pedicure first impressions go a long way. Today you could have gained two young influential returning customers and potentially their mom and her circle of influence. You ruined the experience I gifted them and I will NEVER again patronize or refer anyone to you. This is not the experience my dollars paid for them to receive. Happy Day Spa was not so happy. How dare you?? #onceanddone
