Samantha was absolutely amazing with our son’s curly cut and shape up! She did exactly what we asked for, and it came out perfect. She’s super kid-friendly, easy to talk to, and really knows her stuff. She made our boy feel comfortable and not nervous at all, explaining each step along the way, which was so reassuring. He was very relaxed during the wash and even got a great treatment. Samantha was so gentle with him. The whole experience was wonderful, and he left smiling and loving his hair!
