Can't tell you how helpful & friendly H&J and the other They office staff were. We called thinking we were having a major termite problem and after sending pictures to the office that could not be identified and a wife going bonkers they suggested bringing some of the creatures to the office where they could be examined under a microscope. An office expert assured us they were not termites and with the help of "Siri" the mysterious creatures were actually identified as seed pods from the neighbors sweet gum trees. Who knew there was something else besides those pesky, prickly balls on sweet gum trees. Needless to say we were very happy with that news and even happier...read full review
