This was my first lash experience. I tend to trend toward a more natural look and wasn’t sure that lashes would be right for me. I was SO scared of having “lama lashes” and was nervous to make the commitment to have lashes. Let me tell you... I could not be more pleased! Kia was professional, she answered all of my questions and concerns, she listened and asked questions to really gauge what style would best suit my personality and explained the process before and during my lash application. She gave me specific aftercare instructions and cute little aftercare brush and offered me the opportunity to purchase the aftercare wash and brush for my lashes if I planned on wearing makeup that would require my lashes to become soiled and dirty. Also, her salon space is clean and sanitary and they are taking the necessary precautions for covid-19.

Awesome service and Beautifully done. Malikia is very knowledgeable and does her research!! She made sure I was comfortable and that my lashes not only fit my routine but my every day look. This was my first time but definitely will NOT be my last!! thank you Empire Lash Lounge!!! 💜💜💜
