DMS does what is required to keep the building sanitary and functioning. The problem with DMS is that their management practices are behind the times and imprecise. They still issue bank payment coupons, as though most people pay bills with checks anymore. Depending on who you talk to, you get different directions on where to send checks, and whoever you didn't talk to chides you about sending checks to the wrong place. The bills you receive are inaccurate, so you have to check your records against theirs ($100 of mine currently missing). I had to work with an employee of DMS to gain access to a building to complete some utility work. They met me onsite and escorted me around the property to the various locations. They were very polite and patient with me while I worked.

My husband works as a contractor for DMS and we have found them to be very responsive and easy to work with over the past year. They are detail oriented and expect the same from us! A good sign if you are looking for a property management organization...
