zero rating , totally negligent in their duties ... the latest outrage is they've moved office to some secret undisclosed location (seriously, nothing but a P.O. Box) , and instructed , without explanation, to send monthly HOA payments to some other P.O. Box in Florida .... AND , I've had three of those checks sent back to me for lack of payment coupon ..... WE HAVE NEVER BEEN PROVIDED PAYMENT COUPONS .... couple of weeks ago I called DMS and (apparently by some miracle) Chris O'Hare answered , I asked if there is a way to do ACH payments , and Chris said he would send me an email with a link for that ...... of course no such email was ever received ..... few days ago i called again , some 3rd party answered and I had to leave message... still nothing ............... SAVE YOURSELF and never do business with DMS Management ....

Terrible management for our condo. Chasing them and the lack of services is only one issue. I believe they over charged us with simple photocopies. Why would they risk that???I was very unhappy with their management.

That's right they're not even worth a star. They stole 725.00 from me last week when I closed on my condo at Ocean Villas in Va Bch on Friday March 31, 2022. 725.00 is equal to April 2022 condo fee of 225.00 and the new assessment as of April 1 2022 of 500.00. I closed March 31 and the condo assn has Another assessment (big surprise) effective April 1 due June 30 2022. My place sold on March 31 - assessment not my problem but Chris DMS Management O'hare told the Title and Escrow Company that the 500.00 due for a future assessment was currently due and told them the afternoon before we closed which I did not find out until at the closing table the next morning. How interesting, especially since my condo resale documents printed just days earlier showed a zero balance. Before I called Chris OHare to find out why he did that, I looked at my bank and wouldn't you know, for the first time in year, DMS took my condo fee out of the bank on the 1st day of the month instead of the 6, 7,8 or 9th as they usually do. I called Chris OHare and asked him why I was charged the 500.00 after I didn't even own the condo and he replied that " He didn't want the new owner moving in one day and getting a letter the next day about an assessment." That was the absolute wrong answer. I'm not even going to mess with a mentality like this. I've already contacted the attorneys involved and my next call is going to be to Richmond to the Common Interest Community Board right after I get finished with this review. As for thier performance as a management company? The absolute worst I have ever seen in my years of managing Real Estate. The property at Ocean Villa always looked like hell every time I inspected my rental unit there. The grass and weeds were overgrown and there was always tras lying in the parking lot outside of the dumpster. There are flagrant fire code violations with charcoal and gas grills on the patios of both levels, the Paros/balconies/sidewalks/common areas are green with mold and unclean.
