Mary Spencer has been thoroughly outstanding providing expert physical therapy that has greatly relieved my discomfort. Moreover, she has provided superior guidance on follow on exercises I can do to keep my rehabilitation going. She is the complete professional and has my highest recommendation.
Dr. Mary is a super positive, warm and friendly therapist. Her knowledge of how the body responds to movement is beyond amazing. Throughout my sessions I was introduced to very helpful stretches, and blown away by the strengthening exercises that really worked for me. It felt like I was given custom tailored movements that were made specifically for me! I definitely recommend checking them out, you will not be disappointed.
