Closet concepts came out right away to do a free estimate. The gentleman asked questions about my vision regarding my guest room turned walk-in. He offered suggestions as well. He was patient and was willing to work within my budget as opposed to trying to up sale me. I was appreciative of his time and expertise.

Great customer service, attentive and personalized. A little pricey, but pretty good quality. The depth of the closet is a little short, but they advised the average size. Had an issue with my drawers about 6 months after installation and they immediately came out and replaced them, again, great customer service.
