Our experience with Catalytic Generators and QA Supplies, Our portals poscosecha.com and postharvest.biz have been working together with Catalytic Generators for several years now; QA Supplies joined the group of our customers more recently. The mission of Catalytic Generators is, through servicing its direct clients, to make sure to all consumers that their bananas and other fruits reach them in an adequate and enjoyable state of ripeness. Consumers should then have a tasty and highly nutritional product available, benefit from their properties and then repeat the purchase! QA Supplies, on the other hand, offers a wide range of measuring instruments that, among other things, are used to make sure that fruits and vegetables have the quality that the trade wants. The team of both companies is highly professional and service-oriented. We are not users of their services, but we do know what happens when, through poscosecha.com or postharvest.biz, we receive a request for them. The response to these requests happens without delay, regardless of sometimes unavoidable time differences! We have never had a complaint due to an unattended order. Catalytic Generators and QA Supplies treat their customers in the same way that we would like to be treated ourselves, considering all levels of service and supply. And always keeping quality at the highest level. Both companies’ mission is also noticeable now, when the Corona pandemic is on the rise. In addition to all the support at telephone level, their offices remain open and are able to give an immediate response to any request. Regarding contacts at personal level, it has always been very easy and friendly to talk to them, both personally and electronically.
