I have to say I’ve had a great experience with them from start to finish starting with explaining and giving different options to making sure, I fully understand everything that will happen through the experience all staff very friendly also affordable with different options for payment. Overall, very great experience and would definitely recommend them to a friends and family
UPDATE - things have improved so need to give credit where due. Front staff much better than in past. Helpful. Back staff still wonderful!!
The back staff is just wonderful. Great experience each visit. Front staff not friendly and a lot of unprofessionalism. This is based on multiple visits and really takes away from overall ratings. The importance of good first impressions in business is very important and the front office staff should really be looked at. Not answering calls, eating at the desks and yelling back and forth, rude comments to patients from certain staff. Ms. Nancy is just amazing and a true gem!
Went for a consult for two tooth extractions and implants. Everyone I came in contact with was very professional and friendly. I was given all of the information I needed and even some I didn't know I needed.
