Don't waste your time and money (like I did) at Lowes or Home Depot, or those key cutting boxes. Ace Locksmith is the best service provider in Norfolk! Over a period of a couple of months, I purchased three electronic smart door knobs and with each new lock delivery, Ace was able to key them all the same so we only need one key as a back up to the fobs and passcodes. Additionally, Ace was able to key two locking storm door handles to use the same matched key as well.
Go to Ace Locksmith the first time! It will save you time and it will be done right the first time!

My first experience here! The owner was extremely polite on the phone and managed to squeeze me in even though they were about to close, which was greatly appreciated. I was honestly surprised at how fast he created the extra key, it was literally about 30 seconds. I tried Walmart before coming here but the machine was extremely slow, could only take exact change, and the credit card machine was down. Additionally, Walmart charges about $6 for a key while this place only charges $2 for house keys. I would 100000% recommend coming here before going anywhere else!! Thank you again!

The nicest and most knowledgeable locksmith I dealt with in a long time. I thought I was going to have to buy two new door locks for an old stepvan . He was able to cut new keys without having to even take the locks off.
