This is our 4th time renting from them in 5 years, and we don't look anywhere else. They are great communicators, prompt, friendly, fair and the equipment is always in excellent condition. They also make good recommendations based on the party / event type. We wanted a bounce house waterslide combo that the younger kids AND adults could slide down, and the recommendation was perfect!
