When I had an issue with drainage at one spout after the new gutters were put in, Isai came out and discovered it was an underground pipe that was clogged. He went above and beyond what was required by him for the job and he actually found the blockage and cleaned the whole thing out. I had a persistent water leak in my master bathroom. I called Prince William Plumbing and during the initial visit they were not able to locate the exact source of the leak but gave me helpful guidance on what to do next. I paid for the service call and followed their recommendations. Unfortunately, the leak continued so I called them back, they came out again, and this time they found the source of the problem and fixed it. I was fully prepared to pay for the additional visit and the repair, but to my surprise, they didn't charge me anything for this second trip.
I was moved to tears by their honesty and generosity in a time when its easy to feel like just another number on an invoice. They treated me like a human being. That kind of integrity is rare and it means everything.

I and my husband have been a client of Dr. Swanson for at least 30 years. My husband passed away in 2015 and I have lived alone with the 3 dachshund dogs we bought when they were 8 weeks old.
We began bringing our dachshund’s to you when your office was across from Jimmy Phillips. Remember the lady who bought the cat in she found on the side of the road. It was injured and very sick looking. You were sooooooooooooooo

One dog passed about 3 years ago due to kidney failure and I still enjoy the company of the 2 females.
They are about 12 years old and recently they became ill with a “coughing wheezing” sound and have trouble breathing. Overnight they turned from active happy dogs into barely eating or moving around.
Now on a very limited income I called Dr. Swanson and asked if he would do a health check on my
dogs but I could not afford to pay for it.
He refused and I understand that. He wants to be paid for the service he renders.
A 30 year client may have been offered a payment option from someone with a heart ❤️ .
