Don't judge a book by it's cover, here. When you walk in you're first impression may be that its a bit clutterish but an extended look reveals a history. The barber, Denis, knows his craft. You can't beat the prices. Ask about the cost of haircut vs. a haircut and beard trim. No reservations here just good conversation and a better haircut.

I think this place is a gem in the world of Barber Shops in the Peninsula in Hampton Roads. The place has a retro feel because it is retro; it's been there for a long time. An older gentleman cut my hair and did an awesome job. He used a straight razor shave behind my ears, and he cut it the way I wanted it. I would recommend this place.

I definitely recommend this barber shop its nothing fancy but its apparently been there for a long time and the two older gentlemen that work there or that's who was there the day I went are great and love to talk. This is your typical barbershop like you see on tv. People gossiping and laughing and they did a great job on cutting my hair. Probably more of a guys barbershop than a womens I can't really see them doing much styling but I definitely recommend if you just want a good fast cheap haircut.
