My dehumidifier seemed to have a ton of problems after all this rain we got. Stephanie was very prompt with getting back to me and getting me an appointment next day. The young man was very thorough and knowledgeable and got it right back and up and running.
So thankful that my sales person John gave me the local office number to get me direct access to Stephanie. I've been able to get next available appointments, reschedule due to rain and also make my payment without calling the call center and wait. All employees sales, techs, and office staff have always actually cared about my situation and concerns. Thank you!
I just had a moisture inspection and insect treatment by Joey B. and was pleased that all looks well. I have had Joey as my Terminix technician for a few years now and have always be very pleased with his outstanding work. His is very knowledgeable, pleasant and friendly to work with and always have a smile on his face which is so nice to see in this world today.
