Ms Frances is so amazing!!! She really listens and makes you feel beautiful if you struggle with that like me. I told her what I wanted, she made suggestions, we talked again. She told me the process and I said go for it! She did and I am happy I made the choice to come here. Plus, it's an old school salon!!!! Iykyk

Great service, very knowledgeable. I have been going there for 3 years now. My hair was very damaged from another salon. Frances worked miracles. At the time I thought I might have to cut all of it off. She said no she felt she could treat it and I was amazed. Very thankful.Services: Hair straightening

I took a lady that I am a caregiver for to get a haircut. Francis is the owner operator, and she did my lady's hair. She is personable And sweet, and I enjoyed our conversation while she worked. I found out that she is a wig maker for cancer survivors and other occasions. I'm very impressed.
