Life changing!!!!! After months of unanswered symptoms and “all good” lab results through conventional medicine route, my doctor recommended a chiropractor for an evaluation and I am so glad I found Rebound Chiropractic! Right when you walk in the door, they make you feel at home and they know exactly what they’re doing from therapy to adjustments to the calming ambiance—can’t recommend this place enough! I’ve only had 3 adjustments and am feeling the best I have in the past year, both physically and mentally. Thank you Rebound!!!

I'm back!! After 6 years my spine really needed some attention! There are hundreds of chiropractors in Hampton Roads, but I chose to go back to Dr. Joseph. I'm excited to get back in alignment with a chiropractor I trust and gets right to business!

My first visit. Dr. Rafdal took the time to speak to me and not through me like most physicians so he could fully understand my issue. Treatment plan seems realistic and achievable. I will be going back.
