Dr Carter and his team in Newport News are awesome. I recently had a full knee replacement, which went really well. His team were very much on top of things all the way around. I highly recommend Dr. Carter.

I was skeptical because of the reviews but I had nothing but a great experience here. The line was a little long to check in but the young lady at the registration window was very kind, the nurse that called me back was very personable and my doctor was a riot! They all made me feel very comfortable the entire time. Even the X-ray tech was above par! I wasn't treated as though I was dumb ( patient first did) and I was asked how i wanted to proceed with treatments. Nothing was pushed into me which I what I love! I'm a stubborn lady and like to keep moving so being asked how aggressive I wanted the treatment to be was the best question to ask me! I found my new ortho office!
