I wish I could give a business negative stars! The technicians rush everything and then get an attitude when you start asking questions. I asked the guy who worked on my line if he used a snake, he kept saying “the line is completely clear.” I knew he didn’t want to use the snake because I heard him outside saying it was a long day and he didn’t want to get dirty. LOL ? What a joke ??
Patriot plumbing responded to my repair request the next morning. Brandon responded, diagnosed and repaired the problem. I have always found Patriot Plumbing professional, polite and thorough. I highly recommend Brandon and Patriot Plumbing.
Rip off company, diagnose my water heater not normal wear and tear and the water heater is 17 years old with rust on the bottom with a hole in it. So Ahs won’t pay for it he chuck a bill of 2600, and water heater gas run about 500 and some change. Have them call a second company out and they won’t say the same thing and your equipment will get replaced or repaired by a worthy company
