AHS dispatched this company when my water heater failed. They showed up when they said they would, diagnosed the issue, and even came back same day to replace the tank. The installation went smoothy, and Daniel (the technician) was very friendly and professional. They are a cash only business, but they provide either a written or electronic receipt. Note, this is not a retail plumber, they work exclusively with AHS and other home warranty companies, so many of the negative reviews are in my opinion misplaced. The company can only price things reactively to what the home warranty will cover.
Chase and Trey were professional gentleman who took care of a serious plumbing problem in my kitchen quickly, effectively, and at the best rate I have ever paid for professional plumbing services. I would welcome them both back in my home to fix any plumbing problems that arise in the future.
Patriot Plumbing provided service to us through AHS home warranty. The technicians Chase and Jaden called to let me know they were 10 minutes out right at the start of the 4-hour time window. They were both professional, very pleasant and respectful of my property removing their shoes before entering the house, and cleaning up after the work was completed. Chase took the time to explain the cause of each of the four problems on my list and how he was fixing them. They worked very fast but still got everything on the work order completed.
