Nancy and her team are exceptional! She has been providing housekeeping services for me, twice a month for almost two years. I switched to Nancy’s from a national chain because I wanted a regular bi-weekly time slot and a regular team of people in my home. Nancy and her team are trustworthy, dependable, extremely thorough and pay close attention to detail. My house is always sparkling when they leave! Nancy and her team have worked for me for almost four years. She has NEVER missed a weekly cleaning (even through Covid)! If she is unable to be there, she notifies me beforehand and assigns one of her staff who is familiar with my house. Her work is thorough and my house is always sparkly clean when she leaves. She is open to feedback, and always promptly corrects any missed work (though this rarely happens). I have had cleaning teams in my various houses throughout my adult life. Nancy Reyes is by far the most dependable and reliable cleaning lady I have ever worked with. I have and will continue to recommend her without reservation.
