Literally spent HOURS googling and going to different nail salons today, and it is always a wild ride. I reside in Williamsburg so I had to travel, but it was well worth it. From the moment of walking in and running into the building with someone holding each door to be greeted and seated immediately. Had zero wait time, and Lisa was so absolutely wonderful. She was so polite and kind!!!!! SUCH A SWEETHEART!!! She was so gentle!! And she was funny too!! She did exactly what I wanted and I will say I can’t wait to come back and update my review!!! I am so glad I found this spot!!

I didn’t mind this place but I’m not sure I’ll go back. I will say the pedicure and manicure I received were good, the lady I had was very meticulous and I enjoyed it. The massage on the pedicure was more of a light rub and I didn’t really get anything out of it. The massage chair sucked in my opinion. Also when I went in it was 3pm on a Tuesday, and it was completely empty which I thought was odd. There was no music playing so it was very quiet and just not a great vibe. They did have TVs on and Friends was playing which I liked, but the volume wasn’t turned up obviously so you couldn’t hear it. One of the best experiences I ever had! Lisa was a phenomenal nail artist and just overall hostess! She took the lead and helped me get the nails that I wanted and added so much of her own creativity. They were so kinda and attentive we will definitely be back again!
