What a awesome company. My appointment went smoothly and the tech was very respectful. Gene answered all my question and explain what he was doing. Nick gave me a great deal on my equipment . I recommend this company. I give them 5 stars

I tried to fix it myself and finally had to TAP OUT and make the call late one night to Mac's. I had a service technician first thing the next morning--on time, knowledgeable, efficient, and had me back up and running in less than an hour for a fair price.
