My wife and I had Lujos alter pants and a jacket. They did an exceptional job. Some pants required increasing the waist. She said one pair of pants didn't have enough material to increase the waist, but she would give me a pair of pants she had. How many places would do that? They are very friendly and professional. The Customer Experience is amazing. I just visited for the first time to have my blazer altered and the lady advised that instead of getting it tapered, I can just change the position of the button. When I checked her theory, it was the perfect idea, which I agreed to. Alteration that would’ve cost me $45, only cost me $4. These Ladies are exceptional.
