This was by far the best decision I could have made for our home reno project. Large projects come with enough stress by themselves. Fresh Start had fantastic pricing, did everything by the book, I didnt have to worry about inspections not going well, because they are on point with knowing all the codes- even the new obscure ones that apply to one city but not another. You can hire them and NOT stress. They are very friendly and take pride in their work. I'm a project manager myself, just not with home stuff, they reassured me when I had my micromanage moments and didn't mind teaching/showing me what they were doing, when I had questions. They saved me thousands just by being straightforward. They are masters of their trade NOT salesmen. You don't have to worry about being taken up the creek on an upsale, that's not their style. Richard and Jordan called to inform me of their arrival time. When they arrived I showed them the problems that I was experiencing. After they reviewed each issue they proceeded to give me a general quote depending on the hardware that would be needed . They corrected all my problems and made additional recommendations.
