Fade 87 is the spot! Great atmosphere and every barber here delivers quality cuts. Leo took care of me and he’s awesome — listened to what I wanted and knocked it out of the park. I left feeling fresh and will definitely be back!

If you’re in Newport News and need a fresh cut, do yourself a favor and check out Fade87 Salon and Barberia. Leo (the owner) runs a super clean, laid-back shop where you can tell they actually care about the craft. The whole crew in there can cut, and they take their time, no rushed, in-and-out haircuts. You walk out looking fresh to death every time.
The vibe is great too. It’s relaxed, welcoming, and just an all-around good environment whether you’re a grown man needing a sharp fade, a beard lineup, or bringing your son in for his first real barber shop experience. They’re really good with kids and make everyone feel comfortable.
The shop itself is dope, clean,… read full review

I will keep bringing my kids !! The environment was welcoming and peaceful. The barbers were great , very relaxed. My son is 4 & was so comfortable he climbed right up in the chair. The man was very nice & accommodated to him wiggling the entire time. His hair looks amazing , my older sons came the day before and enjoyed it also they said they don’t want to go anywhere else.
