Was appointed as my 11 year olds ad liteum after he was violently assaulted.....literally did nothing! NOTHING! Couldn't get in contact even if his life depended on it(and it did). If she's appointed to your minor, request a change. DO BETTER
Jessica Casey and I agreed on a set amount that my case was gonna cost and even after I clarified with her if we had enough funds left to finish the case, I still ended of up with an itemized list of additional charges months later for about $900. I will say that even though she seemed somewhat unprepared for my custody case, especially considering that the plaintiff didnt have a lawyer, we still managed to win and I received physical custody of my 4 kids.
I had her about 5 years ago & she's awesome!!! Was always prepared and eager to help. I'd recommend her to anyone. Everyone in the office is always so nice & polite.
